Description

Conversational Spanish

Grades: 3rd-6th

Course Description: This course focuses on the development of vocabulary,
pronunciation skills, basic sentence patterns, and overview of Latin Culture. Class time
will include interactive lessons and activities to get the students engaged and practicing
the language they are learning.


Cost Per Semester: $250 + $30 Materials fee

Textbook, workbooks, or materials needed for class: I will provide the materials
needed for class.

Bio: Karen is a wife and mom of three boys and enjoys teaching in various settings as a

tutor and homeschool mom. A native from El Salvador, she is fluent in Spanish and
enjoys sharing her culture and language with others. Karen majored in criminal justice
and minored in Spanish while in college. When she is not teaching, you can find Karen
spending time with family and friends, enjoying life in Southern California.
