Cookie Decorating - Like a Pro! Grades: 5th-12th
Course Description:
In this class, students will learn everything they need to know about decorating custom sugar cookies. We will start from the beginning covering the basics of royal icing consistency, piping & flooding and then go into learning Royal icing techniques, creating Royal icing transfers, & fondant accents. Students will be using their creativity to make cookies to take home each week that will look as beautiful as they are delicious!
Cost Per Semester:
$350 total - $300 class cost with a $50 supply fee.
