Culinary Arts - Advanced Techniques Grades: 6-12th Whether a novice or an expert, this class is designed to take cooking skills to the next level and develop confidence in the kitchen. Come learn the hows and whys behind techniques and classic recipes – all hands-on and step-by-step. Our classes will cover timeless culinary skills such as croissant and pastry-making, homemade pasta, sourdough starters and bread-making, crème brûlée, the perfect pan-searing and pan sauces, perfecting classic cakes, fool-proof pies and much, much more! We eat what we make!
