Bible Survey for Kids (1st -4th)

Class Title: Bible Survey for Kids

Grades: 1st-4th

Course Description: In Bible Survey for Kids, we will dive into the essential themes of
each book of the Bible. Through weekly interactive lessons, questions, Bible-based
music, and drawing assignments, your child will survey the entire Bible in just one
school year! There are no prerequisites to Bible Survey, except for an eagerness to
learn more from the word of God! It is my hope and prayer that by the end of the year
your student will be able to learn and explain one thing about every book of the Bible.
The curriculum we are using is “Bible Survey for Kids” written by Pastor Mike Fabarez.
This textbook is designed for children ages 5-11. Parents will not need to purchase it
ahead of time. On the first day of class, I will provide each student with their very own
textbook & resources they will need for class. If your child has a favorite set of coloring
pencils or crayons, of course, they are more than welcome to bring these!
If your student has previously taken this course with me, the content will be repeated.
I’m looking forward to meeting this year’s class and surveying the incredible word of
God together!

Bio: My name is Alexandra Fabarez. I’m a follower of Christ, wife to my amazing
husband, and mom to my precious Eden, Jordan, and Ruth. Growing up in Orange
County, I was homeschooled from kindergarten to senior year at a Christian private
homeschool group. Teaching at PC prep has a special place in my heart, and I want to
strive to provide the same kind of personal education I was blessed to receive. My
husband is the high school pastor at Compass Bible Church in Aliso Viejo, and together
we love to serve the Lord and teach the truth to our students. This year, I am absolutely
thrilled to be teaching this course to help equip your son or daughter so they can know
the word of God and share it!
