Course Description:
Fun Facts -- Did you know that Vermont law requires that apple pie be served with either cheddar cheese, milk, or ice cream?... Or that Florida’s official state pie is Key Lime Pie?
Cuisine in the USA is a melting pot of diverse cultures, global influences, and regional agriculture. In this hands-on course, we will be exploring regional recipes, official state dishes/desserts, some iconic classics, and some fun facts! Join us as we discover the foods that made America great! And of course, we will be having lots of fun and engaging activities too! We will cover cooking basics and techniques as well as nutrition, science & math. Our classes are hands-on and packed with great activities!
We welcome new and returning students as we will cover NEW recipes for 2025/26.

Cost Per Semester:
Tuition: $275 ($230 tuition + $45 materials/supply fee) per 16 week semester. [$50 deposit non-refundable due by 6/1/25 or upon enrollment (whichever is later) in order to hold a seat in class. This deposit will be applied towards tuition. Balance due by 8/15/25].
