Title of Class: Creative Workshop

Grades: 2nd - 6th

Course Description: Welcome to Creative Workshop! This course will help students build
confidence in observational drawing, painting, and understanding color. Alongside building
skills, this course will encourage imaginative creativity and exploration of individual ideas and
artistic interests.
We will use oil pastels, graphite pencils, colored pencils, watercolors, and acrylic paints.
This class is designed for any skill level, but especially for those who have an interest in art and
have a desire to start or further their art skills. So come ready to draw, make art, learn from
mistakes, and have fun doing it!

Cost Per Semester: $270

Materials to be brought on the first day of class (I will hold on to some of these and bring them

Bio: Scarlett graduated from Laguna College of Art and Design with a BFA (Illustration with an
Entertainment Emphasis) in 2020. She has worked in the Kids Ministry Department at Compass
Bible Church since 2018, as well as serves as a leader in the High School Ministry since 2022.
She has had a variety of freelance jobs in illustration, conceptualization, and graphics. She is
