Culinary Arts - Advanced Techniques (6-12th)

Whether a novice or an expert, this class is designed to take cooking skills to the next level and develop confidence in the kitchen. Come learn the hows and whys behind techniques and classic recipes – all hands-on and step-by-step.
Our classes will cover timeless culinary skills such as pastry-making, homemade pasta, souffles, bread-making, crème brûlée, the perfect pan-searing and pan sauces, perfecting classic cakes, sourdough bread and other fool-proof recipes! We eat what we make!

Cost Per Semester:
Tuition: $285 ($230 tuition + $55 materials/supply fee) per 16 week semester. [$50 deposit non-refundable due by 6/1/25 or upon enrollment (whichever is later) in order to hold a seat in class. This deposit will be applied towards tuition. Balance due by 8/15/25].
