Title of Class: Imagination Station - Literature & Social Studies Grades: 1-4 Course Description: In this class we will dive into adventures with main characters, Patrick and Beth. Imagination Station novels by Adventures in Odyssey allow students to go back in time and learn about history with a Christian Worldview! For those who are not familiar, these books are very similar to Magic Tree House but with a Christian influence. During each class, we will make predictions, study key bible verses, discuss interesting facts, plot, new vocabulary words and play fun comprehension games all based upon the novels we are reading. With every book we make a fun hands on art project associated with the book and the moment in history we study. Students will complete one novel about every 2-3 weeks. Cost Per Semester: $275 // 16 weeks ($250 class tuition plus $25 for materials) $50 deposit this summer.
