Teacher Bio: I believe learning works best when it’s flexible, engaging, full of discovery, and built around the needs of real families. I’ve been married for 33 years to my 8th grade heartthrob, and together we’ve raised two wonderful children. My professional experience includes teaching in private schools, serving in administration, and developing curriculum and teacher training programs. I’ve also worked as an Educational Coach and Homeschool Teacher through a charter school, supporting families as they navigate their own homeschool paths. These days, I stay actively involved by helping guide the homeschooling of my six grandkids and by launching a preschool co-op that encourages early learning through play and community. I value the freedom homeschooling offers to integrate literature, hands-on projects, faith, and everyday life into a meaningful and personal educational journey.
